Donna Destouche

Donna Destouche is a Clinical Operations leader with two decades of experience in the clinical research industry. Her expertise spans oncology, CNS, rare diseases, and cardiology in adult and pediatric populations across small to mid-size biotech. Throughout her career, she has led programs from Phase I through Phase III with a collaborative, polished, approachable presence and pragmatic mindset.

Most recently, she was Vice President, Head of Clinical Operations at Prothena Biosciences where she led the clinical operations department overseeing a portfolio of partnered programs, pivotal rare disease program, and neurology program. Prior to Prothena she was at Sarepta Therapeutics where she oversaw a Duchenne muscular dystrophy program and the LGMD program serving as the Clinical Operations Program Lead for both programs. Before Sarepta, she was at Immunogen Inc. (acquired by AbbVie) leading a Phase III ovarian cancer study.   

She has a B.S. from Boston University and MSc from Emmanuel College.
